Weekly Theme: Cold Snap

We’ve seen plenty of linen popovers, but a flannel one!? What a great idea! Topman’s slim fit flannel popover is a great secondary closet piece that is perfect to layer over a t-shirt, and under a cardigan. Another great perk of a popover is you don’t have to work about the tails of your shirt flying away when unbuttoned, so stay warm, even when its windy.

River Island Navy Knit Crew Neck Sweater

If you haven't heard of River Island, it's most likely because they haven't really made it to the states yet. But don't discount them, they are one of the premier clothiers on High Street in London. Their sweaters, or Jumpers, as the Brits call them, are super soft, mostly because they aren't made from cheap wool or cotton, or wool or cotton at all. They make their amazingly soft sweaters out of Acrylic, Elastane, and Nylon, just like that really soft Neff beanie you always tote around. This also makes them machine washable, and resistant to shrinking, which is great for the accidental "Oh no I put my wool sweater in the dryer and now it might as well be sold at Baby Gap" kind of moments. Pair this with light colored jeans or gray chinos for a stylish, yet comfortable look in the colder months.
